The need to reduce or block wide cheeks is a much more frequent request than to make it larger. Most commonly, cheek reduction surgery is requested by Asian cultures, especially East Asians. East Asian cultures appreciate the small face, and the wide cheekbones seem to make the face bigger. In rare cases, the patient may have developed a large cheek due to injury to the facial bone as a result of injury or may simply have a flatter face that makes the face look wider.

It is similar to a chin osteotomy but is easier on the patient because the upper jaw is not responsible for the movement of the jaw even though some muscles attach to it. It is much more effective than lifting the head of the cheek and does not pose a risk of soft tissue on sagging cheeks after surgery.

Breast Reduction Facts and Figures
Breast reduction, or mammal reduction, is a surgical procedure that reduces breast size by reducing fat, skin, and gland tissue. The size of a woman's breast is partly determined by her genes - a hereditary factor that also influences height and size. Weight and hormones also have an effect. Some women grow especially large breasts from their early teens. Others develop them later, during menopause or following HRT.
Breast reduction is usually done for physical reasons rather than cosmetic reasons. Breast reduction surgery is most commonly performed by women with large breasts, as their breasts can cause neck, back, shoulders, circulation, and / or respiratory problems. Or it could be because of the inability to exercise or play sports due to breast size, or difficulty buying clothes due to being biased.
Although physical discomfort is not a problem, some women feel uncomfortable with their large breast size at the rate of their other body, or maybe one breast larger than others. Mammoplastic reduction means that the breast is reshaped to form smaller, lighter, and firmer breasts, and the nipple is rearranged.
Dehydration reduction is not performed until the breast is fully developed; However, it can be done early if the breast is causing serious discomfort.
Before you decide on breast reduction, you should consider what you expect to achieve. Some women may initially want a radical reduction in size, but this may affect the final shape and appearance of the breast, so a simpler reduction may be a better option.
Breast reduction is usually done in hospitals, as an inpatient procedure. This procedure usually takes two to four hours, staying in the hospital for two to three days.
After the surgery, the patient will be wrapped with elastic bandage or a bra wrap over the gauze. Small tubes can be placed inside each breast to drain blood and fluid for the first day or two. There may be some pain for the first few days of discomfort for a week or more. The surgeon will prescribe medication to reduce pain. The wrap will be removed for a few days, but the surgical bra will need several weeks, until swelling and bruises are reduced. One or two weeks after surgery, the stitches will be dissolved, or need to be removed.
Although you may wake up and in a day or two, your breasts may still be sick for a few weeks. You should avoid lifting or pushing anything heavy for three or four weeks. It may take several weeks for the initial recovery, but it may take from six months to a year for the body to fully adapt to the new breast size. Some women may experience discomfort during their early menstrual period following surgery due to chest swelling.
Many women find that the benefits of breast reduction are far greater than the side effects. However, you need to consider the risks involved.
Breast reduction is not an easy operation, but is usually safe when performed by a qualified plastic surgeon. As with any surgery, there are always possible complications, including bleeding, infection, or reactions to anesthesia. Some patients have minor injuries around the nipple after surgery; which can be treated with antibiotic cream.
This surgical procedure left a lasting scar. At first these scars were thick and red, but gradually reduced to a smaller size as a thin white line. This procedure can also leave you with slightly inconsistent breasts or uneven tornadoes. If you are overweight, you may be advised to lose weight first. Smokers will be advised to give up because smoking increases the risk of surgery, including delayed healing.

Getting Rid of That Double Chin With Plastic Surgery
Double chin is not really a two chin in a classic sense. Instead, it is a thin upper chin (true chin) and lower chin which is actually a fat accumulator. Ulthera - The Latest Anti Aging Breakthrough
