Why Aloe Vera Is Good For Adult Acne Treatment

Acne refers to skin disorders characterized by red-skinned skin (part of the skin with seborrhea), scars, large papules (nodules), comedones (white and blackheads), and pustules (acne and papules (pinheads)). skin that contains many sebum follicles such as back, chest and face.

Adult acne occurs due to the oily component produced by the glands in the skin called sebum glands, which clog the pores and attract bacteria that cause skin inflammation. In some cases, these medical conditions may be due to various health conditions such as high androgen levels, hypersensitivity, menopause, pregnancy, perimenopause and hormone imbalance.

The use of certain drugs can also cause adult acne such as corticosteroids and various cosmetics. How can adult acne be treated naturally? According to medical research, one of the herbs that has been proven to be most effective in treating adult acne is the aloe plant. Why is aloe vera good for adult acne treatment?

Aloe vera is described as a short, non-dairy herb that is spread by offset and grows 60-100 centimeters high. It has thick leaves with shades of green to gray and some species have white dirt on both sides of the stem.

The leaf margin is made up of small white teeth and is usually serrated. The Aloe vera plant is made up of arbuscular mycorrhiza which makes it better for access to mineral nutrients found in the soil. Aloe vera is a natural ingredient essential to the skin making it effective when treating adult acne. These natural ingredients include:

Vitamins: Aloe vera plants contain essential vitamins such as vitamin A (eg retinol and carotene) that boost the immune system and function perfectly from various organs; Complex vitamins B include thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin, which promote cell growth, tissue maintenance, energy production, nerve function, protein synthesis, hormone regulation and metabolism.

In addition, it contains vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which improves the immune system, collagen production, combats infection and maintains healthy skin; Vitamin E (tocopherol) which acts as an antioxidant that helps in the healing of the skin thus promotes healthy skin and ultimately contains the folic acid needed to function optimally in the individual nervous system.

Enzymes: There are various enzymes found in aloe vera such as lipase and amylase that help burn sugar and fat. Carboxy-peptidase which acts as an inflammation and does not activate bradykinin. It helps in the treatment of adult acne.

Aloe vera is also rich in amino acids. There are 20 amino acids that are considered essential for the human body and seven more that the body cannot synthesize. It also contains salicylic acid that fights bacteria on the skin and inflammation and releases dead skin tissue to provide space for healthy skin tissue to grow.

Others include; The lignin controls the absorption of natural substances into the skin and then nourishes it with soap-like saponins that play an antiseptic role.

Anthraquinones: These components act as anti-virus, analgesic and anti-bacterial to have a purgative effect. Anthraquinones contained in aloe vera include; resistannol, etheral, chrysophanoic acid, and anthranol among others.

Minerals: Potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, sodium, calcium, chromium, zinc and copper. The magnesium lactate contained in aloe vera prevents histidine decarboxylase and prevents histamine from forming amino acids that are commonly produced in various allergic reactions due to skin and itching. Others include sugars that play an important role in promoting the immune system.

What about adult alligator herb?

Aloe vera is made up of anti-bacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and other essential nutrients needed to cure skin diseases including adult acne by promoting new skin regeneration. This is achieved through sloughing from infected skin tissue which paves the way for the space for healthy fresh skin tissue to grow.

In addition to these healing properties, it moisturizes the scalp, cracks and inflames the skin thereby regulating the optimal supply of oxygen that is essential to create a delicate and elastic skin. It also acts as a skin cleanser that helps remove impurities and free radicals that may aggravate adult acne.

The magnesium lenses contained in it prevent the effects of itching and soothe the skin. Finally, aloe vera also helps in detoxifying the body which prevents the deposition of toxins on the skin surface leading to the release of adult acne.
