How to Prevent Blood Clots

Excessive accumulation of fibrin in the inner wall of the bloodstream or at the site of injury can result in growth and external blockage which can take the form of diseases such as atherosclerosis, fibromyalgia, scar tissue and various types of vascular cardio.

High concentrations of fibrin, a soluble protein in the blood, lead to an increase in blood viscosity which in turn leads to the formation of blood vessels in arteries, capillaries and veins. To prevent blood clots from preventing regular blood circulation and thus leading to high blood pressure or vascular cardio disease, follow these simple steps.

Stop smoking

Smoking creates free radicals in the body responsible for damaging the artery walls. Also smoking increases the concentration of blood fibrin (insoluble blood protein) which increases the chances of blood clot formation. Air pollution, an unavoidable cause responsible for endothelial damage.

Consider Reducing Alcohol

Consuming alcohol daily but limiting the amount to one or two drinks reduces the synthesis of free radicals and thus helps in reducing fibrin build up. However, excessive consumption of alcohol can cause blood platelets to stick together and increased clot formation.

Say No to Carbohydrates and Sugar

Sugar levels in the blood are the cause of endothelial tissue damage. High sugar intake in certain cereals, carbohydrate-rich vegetables such as potatoes and excessive sweet and artificial sweetening events introduce increased blood sugar levels. This causes the attachment of sugar molecules to insoluble proteins such as fibrin which subsequently causes severe blockage.

Keep fat

If your diet consists of oily foods, you are likely to consume excess fat. However, reducing fat intake to zero is also not the solution. The choice of fat intake is a smarter alternative. Traditional fats like butter, coconut oil, palm oil and extra oil are good choices for providing your body with essential nutrients. Also, include omega 3 fatty acids as part of your regular diet. They are very effective anti-coagulants. Flaxseeds are a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. At the same time, you should reduce omega 6 consumption by limiting the use of sunflower, safflower and soybean oil. Too much omega 6 will cause inflammation, joint pain and increased blood fibrin levels.

Neutralizing Pressure

Whether physical or psychological, stress has side effects that can be very dangerous. Stress in any form is responsible for the release of adrenaline, cortisol and growth hormones that have adverse effects on the whole body by substantially increasing blood sugar levels. This in turn leads to high blood viscosity because the sugar molecules attach themselves to insoluble blood proteins and lead to clotting. Therefore, you need to neutralize the pressure by drinking enough water and reducing the associated work pressure.

Healthy Diet

Proper diet plays a very important role in preventing clotting. Proper foods like garlic, onions, nuts and nuts, apple lime, reduce excess fibrin. Some supplements such as Trevinol contain Nattokinase, an enzyme from the well-known Japanese dish, also provide a great supplement to the healthy cardio vascular system.
