Products developed to eliminate acne do not work for the majority of people because they are developed for non-profits. When people go out, they usually get it because of stress, major hormone changes or diet. Change this and your skin will improve.
Getting enough rest is important for a good immune system. This may sound like old advice, but it's true. And not eating too much processed sugar or fat will make the world different too. Stay away from corn syrup or foods with crazy amounts of preservatives. Organic foods are best, because under certain laws they cannot contain certain chemicals that are likely to cause breakage. In addition, these companies tend to make their products much better, because they know that there are more sophisticated customers and will tear down labels looking for something bad.
