What Is The Best Way To Remove Warts?

There are many types of foot nails available for those who are unlucky to get a verruca contract. It is estimated that one in 10 of us will experience verruca at one time or another.

Plantar warts are virus infections caused by human papilloma virus (HPV virus) and can be very contagious and can take years to eliminate.

Many invasive treatments for plantar warts involve burning the virus from the skin using a variety of heat, cold and chemical therapies (as listed below). This can only be done by a qualified medical professional.

Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy can be a very effective method for removing plantar and verruca warts. This method uses gas and liquid to reach very low temperatures that freeze the virus on the surface of the skin. There are two main types of cryotherapy that operate at different temperatures.

The first is a -59 ° C treatment that uses liquid coolers that are usually sprayed onto the skin through aerosol can. The second is a −200 ° C treatment using liquid nitrogen which is usually contained in solid metal research used for the surface of the skin.

Both methods will freeze the skin causing the lesion to blister. Care should be taken with this method as it can be very painful for both patients at their request and with any postoperative injuries.

Laser therapy

With laser therapy, high-power lasers are used to burn viruses using high energy light beams. The most common lasers are Nd: YAG Laser which kills warts with heat in the form of cones. The good thing about this laser is that it does not leave any scar tissue.

Electro surgery

Electrotherapy uses electricity to make hot wires which are then applied to the skin to spray wounds and remove flesh. This method, also known as radiolase, can be very effective as it reduces the amount of bleeding often associated with removal of plantar lice but it requires local anesthetics because the treatment can be very painful, and will require care and post-operative care to prevent infection.

Acid therapy

It involves the use of acids to chemically burn viruses such as tricyclic acid. These acids are very powerful and can be very dangerous, not to mention messy and are generally not used today, Some old-fashioned treatments using acid paste have been used in affected areas and have been left for a long time (often a week) before removal.

Patients should be aware that any of the above methods can cause permanent scars after treatment due to their invasive nature but generally postoperative results can be quite encouraging.

Self Treatment Options

The most common treatment option for warts is excessive salicylic acid preparation. There are many types of preparations available and they come in many different strengths depending on the age of the patient and the condition of the circuit, so it is always wise to consult with your pharmacist, doctor or podiatrist before choosing or starting treatment.

Salacylic acid preparations can burn the skin but can attack not only the virus but also the healthy skin around it. They can also be messy and difficult to use unless fast gel-based preparations can be quickly applied.

Recent effects appear to support duct tape on verruca or warts to resist light and airborne viruses and to aggravate the skin enough to stimulate the immune system. However, it's a good idea to use a floating stone to remove dead skin between the duct tape application for your warts to eliminate growth. Be careful not to spread the virus around the skin to rub it.

Other home remedies for warts include tea tree oil, vinegar, onions and garlic used daily for wounds. This shocks the pH balance of the skin and in the case of tea tree oil acts as a powerful antiseptic. Some people try to use bleach also on plantar warts but I would not advise this especially if it is bleeding due to the dangerous caustic nature of bleach especially if you have blood circulation or diabetes.
