How to Get Rid Of Those Facial Parentheses (Nasolabial Folds)

One of the most common facial areas that attacks many patients is the development of nasolabial folds, also referred to as lip-chelating, or in a recent television show known as brackets. You can argue that it is folded or groove but it may be closer to the crease. It develops as a cheek tissue from the upper age and begins to relax .... falling on its border with the upper lip. The upper lip is 'still' so that the scratching of the cheek tissue creates a deeper appearance. With time, aging, and anatomy of a person's face, these nasolabial folds extend southward through the mouth and sometimes close to the jaw in extreme cases of skin fatigue. This area is usually treated by injection fillers and in my Practice because many patients want their nasolabial folds treated because they want their lips enlarged.
The most common method for reducing nasolabial folds is by injection filler. Like all injection procedures through injection, the result of nasolabial fold reduction is fast, easy to perform, and results are immediate. I usually do them under local anesthetic block so the treatment is as comfortable as possible. While all injectors will work, I think some are better for this area than others. And what I think is best is the oldest person and has 'subtract' the biggest.
Although all hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane or Juvaderm will work, they will not last as long as any filler is injected. Currently Radiesse (ceramic beads) and Artefill (plastic beads) are two partition fillers currently available. Evidence is clear, not surprising given their compact bead components, that they consistently last longer than any hyaluronic acid filler. Although bead injections can cause lumps and distortions, this is not a significant cosmetic issue (not usually seen) in the nasolabial remission area. On the contrary, on this lips things are different. Also, since the bead composition makes the injection thicker and thicker, I think it gives more push as it enters to produce a better cosmetic effect and has to use less injection filler. Due to the length of the filler and the thicker volume, it is my preferred injection approach for nasolabial folds. This injection will give you results of 9 to 12 months.
There are other treatment options for nasolabial folds as well. The best way to get rid of them is a way they almost never do .... cut them off. It immediately removes the fold but also leaves a delicate scar that is only acceptable in older patients. Another common alternative is to use implants. I specifically use Advanta implants for patients who want a permanent volume solution. A very small shot is made at the nose crease and at the lower end of the fold. The implant slipped from one end to the other. This is a procedure that can be done in the office under local anesthesia. An implantation approach to nasolabial folds is a good solution for someone who no longer wants to have an injection, doesn't mind the concept of implants on their face, or has deep nasolabial coverage that will take a large amount of injection filler. My experience with implants in this area is good but it is not the first approach for most patients.

The ABCs of Vitamins - A Comprehensive Vitamin Guide

Vitamins are an important organic compound for normal metabolic function. These functions include using protein to repair injured tissues and convert fats and carbohydrates into energy. They do not supply the body directly with energy or calories. Because vitamins (except Vitamin D) cannot be synthesized by our body, they must be consumed through the diet to prevent vitamin deficiency disorders.
There are 13 vitamins, which are divided into two categories: fat soluble and water soluble. Water-soluble vitamins, which include Vitamin C and B-complex groups, cannot be stored in the body. They always need to be refilled as they are quickly removed through the urine. Fat solubility, on the other hand, can be stored temporarily in the liver and fat tissue.
History of Vitamins
Long before the discovery of vitamins, many cultures realized that certain foods have great health benefits to our bodies. During the time of the ancient Egyptians, they would feed their sick patients to cure night blindness. Recent evidence suggests the night's blindness was due to Vitamin A deficiency.
From the 18th century, many doctors and scientists made in-depth discoveries about the nature and benefits of vitamins.

  • In 1747 a Scottish naval surgeon, Dr. James Lind found that the nutrients (now known as Vitamin C) found in citrus foods, help prevent sores.

  • In 1905, Dr. William Fletcher found that if you take out certain nutrients (now known as vitamins) from your diet, the disease will develop. He made this observation while researching the reasons beriberi in Southeast Asia. Dr. Fletcher concluded that unrefined rice husks contain "special factors" that prevent beriberi

  • In 1912, Polish scientist Casimir Funk named our diet part, "vitamin", "vita" which means life, the "amine" molecule found in thiamine. Then he concluded that if we lack a certain vitamin, it does.
Functions

  • Vitamins A is a fat soluble vitamin that helps us see in the dark. It is known as retinol because it produces pigments found in the retina of the eye. Vitamin A helps promote the health and growth of all the cells and tissues in our body. It helps in the formation and maintenance of healthy teeth, skin, tissues, and mucous membranes.

  • Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin found in certain foods and can be produced by our body after exposure to UV rays from sunlight. These vitamins help in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and help keep these minerals in the teeth and bones. By promoting calcium absorption, vitamin D helps build and maintain strong bones. Studies show that vitamin D also helps maintain a healthy immune system and helps regulate cell growth and differentiation.

  • Vitamin E is a powerful fat-soluble vitamin and antioxidant that protects cellular tissue from the effects of free radical damage. Free radicals are potentially harmful by energy metabolism products, which can contribute to the development of cardiovascular disease and cancer. Research has shown that Vitamin E can help prevent certain cancers such as colon, breast, and prostate.

In addition, recent studies have shown that Vitamin E improves the immune system, improves brain function, and helps in red blood cell formation. It has been noted that Vitamin E helps reduce the risk of developing various vision disorders, such as cataracts or macular degeneration.

  • Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin commonly known as a "freeze" vitamin. The main role of this vitamin is to regulate normal blood clotting (through prothrombin formation). Blood clotting occurs immediately in the event of injury or injury to any blood vessel. It controls this process from helping the body transport calcium. Vitamin K participates in the synthesis of several proteins required for functions such as freezing and anticoagulation. Vitamin K, by preventing hardening of the arteries, can reduce the risk of heart disease and heart failure.

  • Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that affects the body in many ways. It is required for the synthesis of collagen, an essential protein used to create blood vessels, scar tissue, skin, tendons and ligaments. Vitamin C is required for repair and maintenance of these parts and helps heal wounds. Vitamin C is actively involved in the formation of norepiephrine, a neurotransmitter that is important in brain function.

Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, in small quantities can counteract the damage created by free radicals, which is a byproduct of negative metabolic activity. This accumulation of free radicals has been linked to the aging process. Studies over time have shown that free radicals contribute to the development of diseases such as heart disease, macular degeneration, and cancer.

  • Thiamin, vitamin B is water-soluble, and helps the body to produce energy by breaking down carbohydrates and fats. Thiamine, also known as Vitamin B1 is essential for normal growth and development, it helps to function properly in the heart, nervous and digestive systems. Vitamin B1 helps maintain proper digestive, nervous, cardiovascular system. It can be temporarily stored in muscle tissue; deficiencies can occur as quickly as 14 days.

  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) is a water-soluble vitamin that helps the body produce energy through the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. It also helps convert tryptophan (essential amino acids) into niacin (another B vitamin) and activates vitamin B6. Riboflavin also helps the body's antioxidant system to protect against free radical damage. It is important for many body systems such as the nervous system, reproduction, and immune system.

  • Niacin is a B-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in energy metabolism, by converting carbohydrates and fats. It also helps the body to remove harmful toxins, produce steroid hormones, and repair DNA. Vitamin B3 plays an important role in the digestive tract by maintaining smooth muscle tone. Studies have shown that niacin is effective in lowering cholesterol levels and improving cardiovascular circulation.

  • Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is a water-soluble vitamin B vitamin. It is like other members of the B complex, helping to metabolize fat, protein, and carbohydrates to produce and release energy. It is known as the "anti-stress vitamin", by supporting the adrenal glands in releasing the stress hormone, cortisol.

Pantothenic acid, helps the adrenal gland produce other important hormones, which helps the body fight allergies and regulate metabolism. It is also very important in stimulating the immune system to produce more antibodies.

  • Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a water soluble that helps produce protein, which in turn creates a cell body. It helps convert tryptophan (essential amino acids) to Niacin (Vitamin B3) and Serotonin, a biological neurotransmitter. Vitamin B6 helps the immune system by increasing WBC production to fight infection. The body needs Vitamin B6, to produce hemoglobin. Hemoglobin, a major component of red blood cells, binds oxygen to all tissues of the body. It also increases the amount of oxygen the hemoglobin carries. Therefore, vitamin B6 deficiency can lead to anemia. It also helps maintain blood glucose levels within the normal range. When your glucose level is low, your body needs vitamin B6 to convert stored carbohydrates into glucose to maintain normal blood sugar levels. Recent studies show that vitamin B6 lowers homocysteine levels, which has become a heart disease.

  • Folate is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in the production of DNA and RNA, which produces new cell bodies. Folate is required for DNA replication and can prevent DNA changes that can lead to cancer. It is actively involved in cell division and rapid growth, during infancy and pregnancy. With the help of vitamin B12, folate forms hemoglobin, which is present in red blood cells that enables the efficient transport of oxygen to the surrounding body tissue. Fats play a role in reducing the level of homocysteine in the blood.

  • Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin that is important in the production of red blood cells and healthy nerve cells. It is required for DNA and RNA replication. Vitamin B12, with the help of vitamin B6 and folate, controls the body's homocysteine levels. Excessive amounts of homocysteine are associated with increased risk of heart disease and stroke. Like other water-soluble vitamins, vitamin B12 plays an important role in cell division and growth. It also improves our energy levels by metabolizing fat and carbohydrates.

Vitamin B12 enters the body by binding to proteins found in foods. During digestion, hydrochloric acid removes vitamin B12 from the protein. Once released, vitamin B12 combines with a substance called instructinic factor (IF). This complex can now be absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract.

  • Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, commonly referred to as a B-complex vitamin. Like other B vitamins, it helps the body's cells produce energy. It helps in the metabolism of fats, proteins (amino acids) and carbohydrates in foods. It is important in cell growth, fatty acid production, maintaining a stable blood sugar level, and strengthening hair and nails. It plays a role in the citric acid cycle, a process by which biochemical energy is created during aerobic respiration. It also plays a role in the transfer of carbon dioxide present in the body. Preliminary studies show that biotin can help improve sugar control in people with diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes.

Facts You Must Know About Asbestos - Exposure And Removal

Asbestos is a natural mineral that is extremely resistant to corrosion and heat. It is actually used in products such as floor tiles, insulation for plumbing, vehicle grips and brakes, and in various construction materials. It includes crocidolite mineral fibers, tremolite, ammonia, chrysotile, actinolite, and other chemically modified or treated materials. Heavy exposure is common in the shipbuilding and repair industry, especially during the removal of asbestos materials due to repairs, demolition, and repairs. At the same time, workers are exposed during car brakes and clutch repair work and during the process of making asbestos products such as insulation, friction products and textiles.

Asbestos Danger

This substance has been recognized as a health hazard. Also, its use today is heavily regulated by the authorities. The fiber associated with various health risks is very small - in fact, it is not visible to the naked eye. You should know that if you breathe in the fiber, it may cause the formation of scar tissue in the lungs - this is called asbestosis. This condition results in loss of lung function that can lead to disability and death. In addition, it may also cause other diseases such as pleural mesothelioma, malignant malignant tumors of the lung or abdominal membrane coating. There is increasing evidence that all types of asbestos fibers can cause mesothelioma in humans.

How To Reduce Asbestos Hazards

There are safety standards imposed by authorities to reduce the effects of asbestos on human health. These standards reduce the risk to employees by requiring them to provide personal exposure monitoring to assess risks as well as risk awareness training for operations where asbestos exposure is possible. It is important that the level of asbestasis in the air should not exceed the legal worker's exposure limit. For any type of asbestos fiber, there is no "safe" level.

Any occupational exposure to asbestos can actually lead to injury. In addition, each occupational exposure contributes to the risk of developing asbestos-related illnesses. Employers are required to protect workers by establishing a controlled environment. In addition, they are required to ensure that exposure is minimized by implementing administrative controls and providing a variety of personal protective equipment for employees. In fact, medical monitoring should also be when the time and limits of legal disclosure are excessive.

Treating Dermatillomania, A Skin Picking Disorder With a Cure

Dermatillomania is a compulsive obsessive-compulsive disorder in which people have intense urges and have to choose on their own skin. It is a disorder made up of repetitive behaviors. For people with this problem, the desire to choose on their own skin is so strong that it often causes damage to the skin that does not heal properly or leaves scars. Choosing on their skin is a release of stress and a mechanism for stopping those suffering from this disorder.

People suffering from these disorders often feel ashamed and ashamed of their behavior and they try to hide evidence of their disorder. People with these disorders often try to disguise the damage caused by their skin by using makeup or wearing clothing to cover subsequent signs and scars.

In severe cases, individuals with these disorders may avoid social situations in an attempt to prevent others from seeing the scars, scars, and bruises caused by skin selection.

Fortunately, there is growing interest in understanding and treating the disorder. A number of skin care options are available but there are many, yet, are not yet known about their harmful and dangerous obsessions.

Medicines used to treat the disease are also used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorders and anxiety-related disorders. For example, artificial nails (acrylic or gel) have been found to be useful to some people in stopping the act of selection. It is advisable not to try any medication without consulting your doctor first.

The primary treatment capital depends on the level of individual awareness of the problem. While these disorders are usually unconscious behaviors, primary care is a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy known as habit reversal (HRT) training. HRT is based on the principle that skin selection is a conditioned response to certain situations and events, and individuals with dermatillomania often are unaware of this trigger.

HRT challenges the problem in the process of doubling. First, individuals with these disorders learn how to become more aware of the situations and events that triggered episodes of skin picking. Second, individuals learn to use alternative behaviors in response to these situations and events.

In many cases, cognitive-behavioral therapy is most effective when combined with the use of mood stabilizing drugs. Hypnosis, self hypnosis and meditation can also be helpful for some patients.

There are several other therapeutic techniques that can be used in addition to HRT. These include exposure and prevention of response (ERP) and stimulus control techniques. ERP, which is a major treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OC) and many OC spectrum disorders, is most valuable if individuals with dermatillomania are already aware of specific conditions and events that trigger episode-picking of the skin.

Stimulus control techniques involve the use of physical items such as gloves or rubber needles to reduce the ability of the client to choose on the skin. Also, medications commonly used to treat OC disorders may be a valuable addition to cognitive-behavioral therapy in the treatment of compulsive skin selection.

Endometriosis Herbs - The Latest In New Treatments For Endometriosis

Symptoms of endometriosis can be treated using endometriosis herbs. Symptoms of endometriosis can be very painful and include intestinal gas, severe stomach cramps, heavy menstrual bleeding and in some cases insomnia.

In addition, endometrial tissue can cause inflammation of the gut and infertility as well. One of the factors associated with endometriosis is the high levels of estrogen found in women between the ages of 25 and 40, making them a major patient.

Endometriosis can be aggravated by anything that could upset your uterus. These include pelvic infections, fibroids, constipation, tampon or IUD insertion and cancer. Some foods also make it worse like fried foods, alcohol and caffeinated drinks. Herbs can be used to treat many cases of endometriosis.

To balance the levels of hormones in your body, you need vitex berries and castleberry herbs. Another essential herb is wild sweet potato which helps in reducing bleeding, muscle cramps, pain and inflammation.

Adding ginger to your endometriosis herb will help stop the pain and menstrual cramps. Red horsetail also reduces excellent menstrual bleeding to prevent anemia. At the same time, red horsetail is believed to retain flexible scar tissue which further reduces the scar.

Milk seeds also help clear the liver. Further liver detoxification enables it to break down excess estrogen. Other herbs that are good for detoxifying the liver include rosemary leaves, dandelion leaves and roots and vervian herbs.

Endometriosis herbs should also include uterus tonic which is used to strengthen the reproductive system in its function as well as organ tissue. These include blue and black cahosh, fake unicorn root, castleberry, raspberry, living root, square wine and motherwort.

Great emmenagogues for stimulation and promotion of the normal period should also be on your list of herbs to help cure your endometriosis. They include parsley, blueberry, wild grapes, pennyroyal, southernwood, rue, fake unicorn, yarrow, motherwort and living roots.

Nervines and anti-inflammation are great for putting in your herbs to treat endometriosis. Pain tends to prevent healing and should be treated. One of the best is chamomile flowers. Muscle herbal treatments such as cramps, valerian roots and flower hops should also be included. Ginger and post-flower herbs are also great endometriosis herbs.

Regular fasting should also be replaced with a rebuilding diet that should include seaweed, kelp, seeds and other digestible foods. This will speed up recovery. Packing castor oil in places with the greatest pain will help ease it as well.

The use of herbs to treat endometriosis requires patience as it can take several months to get the help you are looking for. It is important that you work with a healthcare professional who has experience in natural holistic medicine.

You may also need to have a full health program in place that will include diet changes, massages and even acupuncture if necessary. This will help you speed up your recovery from endometriosis as soon as possible.

Argan Oil And Cactus Oil Are The Two New Revolutionary Natural Skincare And Haircare Products

Organic Argan Oil from Morocco

It is obtained from Argan tree nuts.

The 700,000-800,000 hectare of arganic lowland cultivation in the western part of Morocco makes it an unrecognized class for many individuals. Argan nuts are crushed to receive very useful oils. Waste parts are used for use as cattle food and for heating.

Berber regional women have been producing and using argan oil for centuries for Moroccan food and medical purposes.

Foreigners are more interested in this oil for its cosmetics and nutritional quality. Argan trees have a life expectancy of about 150 to 200 years because of their resistance properties. The Argan tree has been well-adapted to grow rapidly and consistently in hot and dry conditions in the Southwestern region of Morocco. To find water the roots of Argan plants penetrate deep enough in the soil to find water that is a very useful way to keep the soil intact, check soil erosion and block progress in the desert. The Argan tree not only maintains its character but also helps the people financially. In 1999, UNESCO added argan trees to the World Heritage List.

More than a third of Argan's trees have been lost in less than 100 years. The Argan tree has fruits in green in the equation. They look like olives but they are bigger and rounder. There are peanut butter among the fruit that is about a quarter of the weight producing meat. Argan fruit may have a maximum of three seeds which is the source of Organic Argan Oil

The process involved in producing argan oil is very tiring and time consuming as it is done manually by humans. The process involved getting the beans and then breaking down the hard shells to collect the seeds. The grains are roasted by heating them a little and then based on a stone circular probe.

After that, the grains were mixed by hand with light water to form a dough. It is from the extracted dough that the oil will be obtained by hand. Currently, mechanical machines are introduced to extract argan oil. The purpose of pressurizing a mechanical machine as a job alternative has saved a lot of time in producing 1 liter of oil. Mechanical machines are used for abrasion and extraction when roasted seeds. The longer storage life of the oil is obtained because the water is not added to the dough and the extra oil is extracted. Breaking the beans, the procedure that takes a long time is still done manually. No heat or solvent is used during oil extraction. Moroccan Argan Oil is slightly darker than olive oil and has a fruit flavor.

Moroccan Argan Oil

Moroccan oil is processed from Argan fruit which grows exclusively in some parts of the world. This tree is from Morocco. The advantage of this oil for skin care is known by Moroccan women as a staple from Morocco. To date, research reports have also proven that argan oil is correct. Benefits of Argan oil for skin:

Regular use of argan oil makes the skin softer and at the same time eliminates many skin problems. Its use offers a number of benefits and some are highlighted below:

It has components such as unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidant vitamin E. Oxidation of cells assisted by components in argan oil helps to reduce the importance of free radicals. The components in Argan oil act as a level for skin care that results in nutrients for the skin to return to the cell.

It is an excellent skin moisturizer. Argan oil, as a moisturizer, is known to be more beneficial than other products such as olive oil and shea butter. it acts like this because there is no cholesterol in the oil. A good measure of fatty acids is in argan oil.

Moroccan oils are good at controlling the sebum process, an oily substance released by the oil glands under the skin. Sebum can increase skin moisture and can be unpleasant to people with oily skin. it can reduce the oily effect of this oily skin.

For acne-related diseases, argan oil is known to be quite effective as it has disinfectant properties. Application of Organic Argan Oil
reduce redness and pain in the skin. It has the quality to cure skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis and others.

It is effective in maintaining a balanced pH level for the skin. It can also protect the skin from sun, pollution, tension, smoking; all of which have a bad effect on the skin.

It is helpful to break down the dirty scars caused by skin problems such as acne, chickenpox, and in some cases scars that remain after burning.

Aging has the effect of making the firm firm and producing wrinkles on the outer surface of the skin. The skin will be restored using repeated argan oil and the effect will be less wrinkles, softer and stronger skin. Due to its anti-aging compound, it works to fill the skin deficiency and at the same time eliminate wrinkles.

During childbirth, prolonged symptoms appear in the stomach as the skin releases its flexible features as a result of stretching of the skin. During pregnancy, the use of argan can make the skin softer thereby reducing the stretch marks on the skin.

Mineral gifts tend to dry skin Regular use of such items. Such difficulties can be prevented with the help of argan oil. All you need to do is apply one or two drops of argan oil on the skin 5 minutes before applying the mineral oil. Argan oil will keep hydrated skin and skin dry.

In addition to its use for skin, Moroccan Argan oil is also useful for hair and nails. Brittle nails can restore their effectiveness by using argan oil. It helps to remove dandruff and prevents hair loss.

Argan Oil Information

It comes from the Argan tree (Argania spinosa).

Because the Argan tree is only found in the Western part of Morocco, very few people are aware of this tree. Argan nuts are broken down to get a lot of oils. The balance is used to feed the cows and peanuts for warmth.

For centuries, Berber women from the region have been producing argan oil that is used for traditional Moroccan consumption and medicine.

Foreigners are more interested in this oil for its decorative and nutritional properties. Argan trees are extremely resistant to nature and can live for about 200 years. It is indeed adapted to the inability of southern Morocco in the South. Argan trees have roots that can penetrate deep into the soil to find water that stops soil erosion and stops the development of deserts. The Argan tree plays an important role in maintaining the balance of the bionom and the economic condition of the people. The World Heritage List also has Argan trees, added to its record in 1999 by UNESCO.

Most of Argan's tree population has disappeared in less than 100 years. The fruits of the Argan tree are green. The Argan tree has large, round fruits. Inside, there are nuts that represent almost a quarter of the weight of the meat. Organic Argan oil is derived from the grains formed in peanuts. The process involved in the manufacture of argan oil is very difficult and the process is difficult to reach by hand. The steps involved are to get the beans and then separate the hard skin to collect the seeds. The grains are roasted by heating them in a gentle fire, cooled and crushed in stone rotary querns.

The dough is then formed by mixing the roasted seeds with water. Man can then extract argan oil from this mixture manually. Recently pressure presets have been introduced for argan oil. This has reduced the amount of time it takes to get 1 liter of oil. Once the beans are roasted, the mechanical press takes care of the abrasion and extraction. The quantity of oil obtained has increased considerably by adding water to the batter and the oil can be kept for a long time. The most enjoyable moment of the process, cracking the beans, is still being reached by hand. No solvents or heat are used for the extraction of this oil. Moroccan Argan oil is found to be nut-like and has a darker color than olive.

History of argan trees

The «Argania Spinosa», better known as the Argan tree, is a wild, rustic and tree-resistant species of small thorn that grows exclusively in Southwestern Morocco, in the Berber region encompassing the cities of Essaouira, Agadir, Taroudant and Tafraout.

Its origins can be traced back to 80 million years ago when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Argan trees cover an area of about 3,000 square miles (about 20 million trees).
As a result of extinction, argan trees have been classified as part of the global heritage by UNESCO and are actively protected to preserve the unique and extraordinary welfare of this national symbol.

Indeed, argan trees can be used in many ways. Each piece or by-product of the tree can be used as a source of income or food. The tree has remarkable ecological and physiological features that make it practically the only species adapted to survive in these arid and semiarid regions.
When it comes to land and grass conservation, and the struggle against erosion and desertification, it is almost inevitable.
Thanks to its roots, which can grow several meters long, this invaluable tree plays a key role in conserving the soil, which it enriches with organic matter from its fallen leaves. Researchers have cataloged up to 100 different plants under a single argan tree, and their survival can only be explained by their habitat.

Argan trees are insensitive to heat and require little water. Its roots can grow up to 30 meters to reach deep groundwater. In the case of drought, the argan tree will shed its leaves to withstand the evaporation process and will enter "sleep mode". When the level of humidity increases, it suddenly returns to life.
However, it is important to note that argan can only produce between 10 and 30 kilos of fruit per year, and produce one liter of argan oil, 38 kilograms of fruit, or 2.6 kilos of kernel.

The argan tree has survived for thousands of years and its history is deeply embedded with the Moroccans. Therefore, it has become the property of the Berber region in Southern Morocco.

Argan oil and its goodness

100% natural argan oil is extracted from oleaginous kernel of argan tree.
The biological quality and nutrition of this oil is excellent, and it has many cosmetological, nutritional and pharmacological benefits.
For centuries, Berber women have made it available to provide the nutritional needs of the locals. Traditionally, they also use it for everyday beauty.
The natural benefits of Argan oil have been proven by several scientific studies conducted in Morocco, Europe and other continents.
The major biochemical components are recognized for their health benefits.
Argan oil is one of the rarest and most expensive oils on the planet. It has been proven to be the most effective beauty oil on the market, for all face, hair, nails and body treatments.
Argan oil is a unique and unique natural treasure. Rich in vitamin E, it is recommended for dry or aging skin.

This is undoubtedly the best solution to revitalize your skin. The secret efficacy of its beauty has been proven over the centuries.
An oriental elixir with priceless virtues, argan oil offers relaxation, beauty and well-being.

It is a rare and valuable treasure that many have been searching for. Rich in vitamin E, it nourishes the skin and retains its elasticity.
It works wonders on wrinkles and dry skin, and reduces significant acne scars.

It is rich in natural substances that play an important role in cellular renewal.

In traditional Moroccan materia medica, argan oil is used to counteract the negative effects of age and climate on the body.
It promotes the removal of acne, smallpox, acne and other skin irritants such as stretch marks, chaps and burns.
It is also used for hair care, by promoting shine and shine. It nourishes the fragile and dull hair deeply, and strengthens their growth, giving them extra durability.

Argan oil is not the same when treating brittle and brittle nails.
And in the end, it relieves joint pain and is evaluated for body massages

We offer two brands of Argan oil: argan oil and cosmetic argan oil.

Dietary argan oil undergoes a roasting process that distinguishes it from cosmetic aromatic oils. Delicious hazelnuts and roasted almonds, which give a deeper, seductive smell, are unique. It has amazing physiological quality.

Cosmetic aromatic oils, on the other hand, do not have a strong odor. It's almost odorless and its color is lighter than nutritional argan oil.

Benefits of argan oil:

Gan Argan oil stabilizes hypercholesterolemia by reducing bad cholesterol levels and increasing good cholesterol levels.

Reduc It reduces high blood pressure.

♦ It is recommended in cases of infertility (azoospermia) and when there is a risk of miscarriage (using common medecine).

Steam It stimulates and promotes cerebral function.

♦ It is also used for baby and baby massages.

2.4 Biochemical composition of argan oil

Research studies conducted on argan trees have been widely reported in recent years. In this chapter we aim to show you the nutritional, cosmetic and therapeutic properties of argan oil.

The chemical composition is interesting: it is (99%) glyceric acid and (1%) non-combustible.
80% of the fatty acids in argan oil are unsaturated acids. In depth, oleic and linoleic acids make up 45% and 35% of the total, giving excellent oil quality. Linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid, as it cannot be synthesized by the body. Food intake is the only source. Recent studies by nutritionists have shown that essential fatty acids (linoleic, linolenic, and so on ...) are the precursors of prostaglandin biological, intracellular hormones. This plays a fundamental role in regulating different cellular systems, especially cellular membrane exchange.

Essential fatty acids play a role in the permeability and function of the skin barrier. The lack of fatty acids, which become unavoidable with age, causes aging of the skin, which translates into dryness and loss of skin elasticity and enables the appearance of wrinkles. Reversing the deficiency in essential fatty acids slows down the aging process of the skin.

The non-combustible materials contained hydrocarbons, 37.5% carotene, 7.5% tocopherols, 20% triterpene, 20% methyl sterols and sterols, and 6.5% xantophyll.

The search for provitamin A, in the form of trans carotene, in argan oil was negative.

It is rich in tocopherols: 620 mg / kg (olive oil: 320mg / kg). Vitamin E is known for its eutropic properties. It contributes to normal nutritional balance and robust development of the whole organism.

The triterpenic fractions are composed of Tirucallol, Amyrine and Butyrospermol. The breakdown of sterols mainly consists of Spinasterol and Schottenol. Sterols are rarely found in vegetable oils. According to certain authors, Schottenol is active in certain plants (Agyratum conyzoides) which is used in India to treat various skin diseases. In the case of Ipomopsis aggregate species, Schottenol glucoside was found to have anti-cancer properties.
The chemical composition of our argan oil has recently described research that is relevant to its intrinsic properties. In terms of conservation, the work of Chimi et al. (1994) showed that it counteracts the autooxydation process much better than olive oil, thanks to the content of polyphenol (56mg / kg) and tocopherol (620mg / kg).
Nutrition studies were performed in vivo by Belcadi (1994).
- Argan oil consumption leads to modification of PUFA membranes comparable to those caused by peanut oil.
- This oil, which is rich in Vitamin E, stimulates the enzymatic activity associated with detoxification and antioxidant activity of cells. This results in reduced membrane susceptibility to peroxidation which, according to some authors, results in aging. (Sohal and Allen, 1990; Ames and Shigenega 1992; Harman 1992).

The traditional use of argan oil to treat skin dryness and skin physiology has prompted some French laboratories to incorporate it into cosmetic products. It is currently used by Galenique (Argan line), Yves Rocher (Acaciane line) and by Colgate Palmolive (dermatological soap & # 39; Antinea & # 39;).
Conclusion:
Virgin argan oil stands out thanks to its unique chemical composition characterized by:

Significantly the element is characterized by high levels of oleic and linoleic acid. These essential fatty acids (from the omega 6 series) must be supplemented with omega 3 fatty acids to enhance the nutritional value of argan oil.

♦ The richness of tocopherols helps with the preservation of oil during storage and throughout the culinary process, and guarantees good antioxidant contributions.

♦ The breakdown of sterols that provides great therapeutic and anti-cancerous oils.

♦ Most Triterpen alcohols contain lupeol, blessed with a strong anti-inflammatory properties.

What Is The Best Way To Remove Warts?

There are many types of foot nails available for those who are unlucky to get a verruca contract. It is estimated that one in 10 of us will experience verruca at one time or another.

Plantar warts are virus infections caused by human papilloma virus (HPV virus) and can be very contagious and can take years to eliminate.

Many invasive treatments for plantar warts involve burning the virus from the skin using a variety of heat, cold and chemical therapies (as listed below). This can only be done by a qualified medical professional.

Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy can be a very effective method for removing plantar and verruca warts. This method uses gas and liquid to reach very low temperatures that freeze the virus on the surface of the skin. There are two main types of cryotherapy that operate at different temperatures.

The first is a -59 ° C treatment that uses liquid coolers that are usually sprayed onto the skin through aerosol can. The second is a −200 ° C treatment using liquid nitrogen which is usually contained in solid metal research used for the surface of the skin.

Both methods will freeze the skin causing the lesion to blister. Care should be taken with this method as it can be very painful for both patients at their request and with any postoperative injuries.

Laser therapy

With laser therapy, high-power lasers are used to burn viruses using high energy light beams. The most common lasers are Nd: YAG Laser which kills warts with heat in the form of cones. The good thing about this laser is that it does not leave any scar tissue.

Electro surgery

Electrotherapy uses electricity to make hot wires which are then applied to the skin to spray wounds and remove flesh. This method, also known as radiolase, can be very effective as it reduces the amount of bleeding often associated with removal of plantar lice but it requires local anesthetics because the treatment can be very painful, and will require care and post-operative care to prevent infection.

Acid therapy

It involves the use of acids to chemically burn viruses such as tricyclic acid. These acids are very powerful and can be very dangerous, not to mention messy and are generally not used today, Some old-fashioned treatments using acid paste have been used in affected areas and have been left for a long time (often a week) before removal.

Patients should be aware that any of the above methods can cause permanent scars after treatment due to their invasive nature but generally postoperative results can be quite encouraging.

Self Treatment Options

The most common treatment option for warts is excessive salicylic acid preparation. There are many types of preparations available and they come in many different strengths depending on the age of the patient and the condition of the circuit, so it is always wise to consult with your pharmacist, doctor or podiatrist before choosing or starting treatment.

Salacylic acid preparations can burn the skin but can attack not only the virus but also the healthy skin around it. They can also be messy and difficult to use unless fast gel-based preparations can be quickly applied.

Recent effects appear to support duct tape on verruca or warts to resist light and airborne viruses and to aggravate the skin enough to stimulate the immune system. However, it's a good idea to use a floating stone to remove dead skin between the duct tape application for your warts to eliminate growth. Be careful not to spread the virus around the skin to rub it.

Other home remedies for warts include tea tree oil, vinegar, onions and garlic used daily for wounds. This shocks the pH balance of the skin and in the case of tea tree oil acts as a powerful antiseptic. Some people try to use bleach also on plantar warts but I would not advise this especially if it is bleeding due to the dangerous caustic nature of bleach especially if you have blood circulation or diabetes.

The Importance of Having a Handy Blackhead Extractor at Home

Black extraction is a useful tool for "extracting" black spots from the skin's surface. It is important to be careful when performing this procedure as lesions can erupt - leading to bleeding and pus. In addition, this procedure has the tendency to push the infection to a much deeper level - even to the tissue. Because of this threat, it is best to evaporate and moisturize the skin first before undergoing the procedure. Doing so will also cleanse the affected area.

Body: Since extraction of black flats can now be used even at home, there are different types on the market. These include tissue extracts, comedone extracts, comedone spoon extracts and thin comedone extracts.

Tissue Extractor - This tool involves the simplest process. With this, only a piece of tissue is used in this process. Wrap the blackhead with some tissue. Then, use your fingertips to gently pull out your black head. If the blackhead doesn't come out, don't use more pressure - just leave it. Applying it more can cause a deep scar on the skin.

Comedone Extractor - This tool is made of stainless steel. In addition to eliminating black spots, it can also eliminate blockages on the skin surface. This is the most used by beauty clinics. It has a hole in the middle and the end is similar to a spoon. When using this blackhead extractor, just apply a little pressure and you will see a black plug coming out of the hole. In this way, the process does not damage the surrounding skin. For spoons, this is used to remove the element / s clogging pores.

Double Spoon Comedone Extractor - This tool is used for very large blackheads. The spoon by its end has 19 holes. Although large ones are present, there are also small holes that allow smaller black spots to be extracted as well. This is only good for comedy but not recommended for whiteheads. This is the best black decoder for home use as it does not damage the skin and does not cause scarring throughout the surface.

Lancet Comedone Extractor - This tool has two ends. One end is smooth (very different in size). It can make a hole in the black. On the other hand, the dirty elements coming from inside the blackhead are actually pushed through it. Professionals mostly use this but more and more individuals are now using it at home.

Having a black extractor at home is a great way to remove unwanted black jelly at any time. Imagine yourself on a date and just the time you are wearing, you look in the mirror to see how you look and look - you see a small strand of your nose. Of course, since there is no time to go to a beauty clinic or see a dermatologist, you have no choice but to remove it yourself. This is the time taken by the blackhead extractor. It is your best bet for the short-term relief of stubborn comedy.

Hair Plug Removal Techniques - Linear Excision

The exception method chosen by a hairdressing surgeon to remove the donor hair is an important step in the hair transplantation process. This is especially true when the surgeon is repairing the poor hair transplant that the patient has previously received. The extractor method will determine the number of hair follicles that can be preserved for transplantation, as well as the size and shape of the scar that will be left behind.

Removing a Plug / Graft for Future Hair Transplant (Re-Implantation) -

Removal of the craft using long elliptical excavations is useful in a number of different situations: 1) When the craft is closely packed in a linear arrangement; 2) When the handicraft is very large and compact; 3) When the graphs are to be removed completely; 4) When it is mandatory that the patient have the repair phase completed as soon as possible.

Because the better hair follicle results in a single linear incision rather than a small one, a linear incision should also be considered when the patient's donor reserve is depleted. In addition to hair retention, linear exclusion is useful in patients with low reserves because it is the most effective and fastest way to redistribute densities in large areas.

Eliminating multiple motions with one long curvilinear separation does not always produce a positive cosmetic result as it removes the individual graph by puncture. Excessive contraction of the curved scalp can result in a slight elevation of the wound (usually a convex edge). This tendency can be compounded by the fact that the two ends of the incision should be slightly angled to match the angles of the hair, causing the other wing to rise slightly above the other during wound healing.

If the hair plug has been moved too low to the forehead, the upper edge may consist of a thinner bald scalp and more under-skin, exposed skin, making the resistance and alignment of both ends more problematic. Various small incisions of punch thickening can often prevent this problem, and they heal more consistently with non-detectable scars. However, the use of blows must be offset by the fact that they require more sessions and are less efficient at eliminating all abnormal graphs as a linear exception. Although it is boring, it is usually best to get rid of every bribe individually, as it avoids scars and results in a more natural hair transplant procedure.

Linear excisions are often covered with a single layer of disturbed stitching or running provided that the stitches bite extend the full thickness of the dermis to ensure good wound selection. A limited number of buried and disturbed stitches may be useful if: 1) the exception is very long or curved; 2) the opposing side of the wound is of an uneven thickness or is inclined to reverse; 3) If there is any strain on the wound.

Due to the long and thin defects of the easy removal of the plugs, it is rarely recommended. However, if there is tension or an area where the dermis is attached to the old printing, conservative weaken should be done. 4-0 or 5-0 Vicryl disturbed gloves are recommended for deep dermal coating and surface closure with 5-0 Nylon or Poliglecaprone 25. The slipped, disturbed skin gloves seem to heal evenly, as long as they are removed within 1 week .

Hair Graft Removal / Plug Alone (No Re-Implantation) -

When the underlying scalp is relatively normal in appearance and there is not enough hair in the abnormal grafting implant re-implants to have a significant effect on the overall results, hair removal may be indicated. This is usually the case when very small graphs are moved too low on the hairline, too far ahead in temples, or in the wrong direction. In these cases, the underlying skin may be normal and expulsion of the handicap will not only result in scar, but a very small punch used may release some of the follicles, causing hair regrowth. In this situation whether electrolysis or laser hair removal should be considered.

Hair removal without re-implantation is sometimes the patient's choice when the patient does not want to move forward hair transplant and, instead, choose to reverse the whole process. The decision to remove hair in destructive ways such as laser or electrolysis must be balanced with the advantage of using a blow that can save hair. This is an important decision: even small amounts of hair recovered from the plug can have significant cosmetic effects if transferred to an open donor scar. This can cause people who want to reduce their hair transplant, wear their hair shorter when the repair is done.

TCA Peels For Tattoo Removal - Do They Really Work? OF COURSE!

TCA Peels for Tattoo Removal has almost become a household word. You can also see the chemical skin referred to as TCA skin, especially when it comes to tattoo removal. TCA means trichloroacetic acid.
Chemical peels are often used to remove tattoos specifically because of their deep penetrating properties. The trichloroacetic acid skin penetrates deeper depending on the concentration of the acid, however, in order to prevent the chemical being effective in removing body art in one session, it needs to be strong enough to penetrate the epidermis that is the upper part of the skin (5 layers deep) as the image held in dermis. Don't do this!
CAUTION: Trichloroacetic acid removal is a gradual process. Try to get rid of unwanted body art with just one application landing quickly at the nearest medical facility!
Use of Chemicals at home
Although the practice of taking trichloroacetic acid based on trichloroacetic acid at home or without the help of a specialist is highly discouraged, it can be done safely if you follow all the manufacturer's explicit instructions, and use common sense. This is acid and therefore, it CAN and will burn you if you don't use it as you need! If not, if you are considering using chemical peels as a way to get rid of any body art you really MUST plan everything ahead of time and be aware of all the instructions that come with the TCA DIY Removal Kit. Over the past few years, these acids have been widely used and you can easily find a variety of sellers at most online auction sites that will sell you from a 30-100% trichloroacetic acid concentration to get rid of tattoos. Also, please be aware that while most people say this acid is completely safe, this is not true because many people are still waiting to buy it because it is cheap compared to professionally disposed tattoo removal techniques.
Where to Buy Trichloroacetic Acid
Acidic skin is widely available online, but I do not allow myself to recommend certain products. I would also advise you to do a lot of research on specific sellers before buying.
Advice:
Get professional advice and help. If used incorrectly, the chemical skin can leave you with a much worse scar than the image you transferred regardless of what most TCA sellers will tell you.
Benefit
Works for a lot of people (following guidelines and using repetitive apps) It's cheaper than laser removal and can be provided on its own.
Bad
Not safe if not used correctly. Can cause serious scars (depending on concentration and usage). Pigment defects and changes in skin color (surrounding skin may be mild, sometimes indefinite) Can only lighten the skin (rather than remove it, usually depending on the depth, color and location of the tattoo.
Hypersensitivity of sunlight to skin
Alright, there you have it. However, for more information on TCA Peels for tattoo removal and for many other removal options, you will want to review your options below.

Getting Serious About Acne: How Do Chemical Peels Work?

It is expected to dream of having smooth, clear and healthy skin. Some are so eager to achieve their dream skin that they are more than willing to go for almost anything, rather than doing more harm than good. This is especially true for those who believe that their current acne state is hopeless.

Deeper in Chemical Peel Procedure

Acne can be cured by medications but that does not end the problem, sometimes there are painful reminders in the past. While eliminating acne seems good enough, it's best to eliminate everything that happens to it - blemishes, harshness and scars. This is where chemical skin comes in. This is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that literally peels off the top layer of the skin to reveal renewed and refined skin.

Skin, fortunately, is always regenerating. In other words, the old layer was lowered to replace the new cells. Chemical skin works by accelerating the shedding of the skin to make regeneration faster. Levels, as caused by acne depending on the severity of the skin damage, may not only improve but also eliminate it completely.

Types of Chemical Peels

Only the words of chemistry and second thoughts quickly come to mind whether to take risks and undergo procedures. Chemicals have been in use for some time now. In fact it is a very popular way to improve the texture and look of the skin.

Depending on the needs and preferences of patients, there are several types of chemicals to choose from. Each type varies according to the extent to which it penetrates the skin and promotes exfoliation and exfoliation. The six main types are:

  • Alpha hydroxyl acid Peel (AHA) is the lightest and widely used of all chemicals as it is mostly made from natural components. It works by peeling the skin, loosening it, and finally removing the layers of dead cells on the surface of the skin. It usually takes longer to see results as it is a delicate chemical skin.

  • Beta hydroxyl acid Peel (BHA) is becoming more and more popular and is being used for the treatment of chemical and non-AHA skin. It has been shown to work deeper into the skin, control oils and extract dead skin cells better than AHA skin. Salicylic acid is an excellent example of BHA.

  • Retinoic skin is a procedure that must be performed by a qualified professional in the clinic. This is deep skin and is usually made with Jessner skin. It is very effective in eliminating scars, wrinkles and uneven spots.

  • Jessner's skin is a 14% solution of lactic acid and salicylic acid in resorcinol with ethyl alcohol base. "Skin on the skin" is a very rare possibility when using Jessner's skin because the material used is in very small percentage.

  • Phenol Peel is considered the strongest type of skin. It is also the kind that produces the most satisfactory results. It is a simple skin that is recommended to treat a variety of scars, deep wrinkles and aged skin. Although it does give results, it will take some time for the skin to heal as it works deeper into the skin's surface. It also increases the risk of hyper-pigmentation.

  • Tricholoroacetic Peel is a type that stands between AHA and Phenol peels. It generally produces results for almost all skin types. It delivers simple peeling skin, uneven skin tone, and delicate wrinkles.

What to Expect with Chemical Skin?

Just how the chemical peels improve the skin. That's why many people choose to follow this procedure. It's a faster and safer way for smooth and beautiful skin. However, there are some things to consider before deciding to go through this procedure.

Chemical peels work really well. Yes, it's a bit effective but very uncomfortable. Depending on the chemical strength and the length of time the skin has been exposed, the more pain it can cause. Recovery takes longer; the deeper the skin, the longer it will heal. It will only last a while, and with great patience, it will definitely make every finger shine and burns skin smoother, clearer and more beautiful.

It is very important to follow the skin care procedure as the skin is very vulnerable to post-chemical irritation. Regularly clean and moisturize the skin. Avoid getting out of the sun and use a good sunscreen if you really need to.

Popping Blackheads

We both know that comedy shows are not the best thing to do because of the potential for scars and infections. But we also know that in many cases, you will let go of the black spots because they look so awful. Therefore, I do not recommend that you make your comedy, but if you must, you can follow the tips below to try and make it safer.

Blackheads and whiteheads are both caused when your pores are blocked by dead skin cells, dirt and oil. This blockage creates a small pustule at the opening of the pore and this is what you see. The main difference between the two is that with black tools the material trapped in the hole has been oxidized and taken in black. Both showers and whiteheads can be minimized by avoiding cosmetics, by regularly washing your face and eating more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and avoiding oily and light snacks.

Before you begin to appear black spots you must know the dangers. You run the risk of driving the bacteria deeper into the pores and causing infections, swelling and redness. You also run the risk of spreading the infection to other pores and causing the release of many black spots and acne. And you also have the risk of permanently damaging the pores and causing scarring. Popping blackheads should not be taken lightly.

If you choose to continue popping up, the first thing you want to do is soften the blockage. It's easy to do using hot compress. Just soak the cloth in warm water and then apply a warm wet cloth to the black beard for 10 minutes or so.

This will soften the blockage and make it ready to emerge from the pores. Use a black extractor head opening around the blackhead and gently apply pressure. You have to do this quickly and the blackhead will pop out. If that doesn't mean it isn't soft enough or not ready to pop. Do not maintain pressure for long periods of time as this may cause infection or scarring.

Once you have removed the black beard and the infection apply disinfection to prevent infection and cover the area with the help of a small band to clean it. Always make sure to sterilize the black extract after use.

If the black beard stubbornly refuses to come out or is too deep in the hole, do not try and pull it out yourself. Do not use your nails to blacken the head as there are many bacteria under your nails and you are almost certain to get an infection. Instead you should see a dermatologist and have them remove the black spots using sterilized needles.

As mentioned at the beginning of this article, blackout acne is usually not the best thing to do, but when done with the patient and controlled methods can be safe. Always remember the risks and take precautions to prevent infections and scars and if the beard is deep black or stubborn, let a professional take care of it.
