Herbs for Skin Cancer and Other Cancers

If you are looking for natural skin cancer treatment, then you need to think holistically first. Skin cancer is more than skin. Natural remedies, natural treatments and natural practitioners have always supported the body as a whole.

This article outlines natural treatments for skin cancer, in particular herbal medicines and their various anti-cancer actions. This includes compilation of herbs that are useful for many types of cancers including, but not limited to, skin cancers.

Skin cancer, or indeed, any type of cancer requires a holistic approach to support the body no matter what treatment method is used.

Herbs can play a huge role in not only nourishing and supporting the affected body and tissues but for the treatment of actual cancer itself, for example topical applications for skin cancer.

Herbs used in the treatment of cancer can be selected for nutrient support, alteratives, tonic, anti-inflammatory, alkaline, adaptogenic, stress / nervin support, pain relief and tissue protection.

There are herbs with specific actions that protect cells from DNA and chemical damage.

Keeping the CARD COVERED AND MAKING SAFE CHILDREN SAVE

Anti-neoplastic herbs help reduce abnormal cellular growth. They stop the cancer cells from growing.

Apoptotic tumors herbs paralyze cancer cells and cause apoptosis (cell death) without harming healthy body cells and without harming the whole body:

Bloodroot (Sanguinaria Canadensis), is a prime example of herbs that promote apoptosis. Bloodroot, which is used internally and externally to act on mitochondrial cancer cells, disables it from producing energy, triggering apoptosis. It has no effect on healthy body cells.

Bloodroot is very effective in the treatment of skin cancers such as BCC, SCC and Melanoma.

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) is anti-neoplastic. It enables the immune system to help prevent cancer. Astragalus also helps the immune cells recognize cancer cells. It is very effective in combination with chemotherapy or radiotherapy to minimize adverse side effects without interrupting treatment.

The red clover (Trifolium pratense) is changing, meaning it promotes the body's natural channels of elimination. Red clover is used in cancer prevention for its phytoestrogenic effects, especially with breast or prostate cancer. Phytoestrogen is a natural plant estrogen that does not stimulate excessive cell growth like other harmful estrogen.

Garlic (Allium sativum) has been shown to enhance and stimulate the immune system's natural killer cells, helping to protect the body from damage to cells caused by inflammation or infectious organisms.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) is an herb with antioxidant properties that prevents tissue damage by free radicals. Catechin (polyphenols) in green tea has proven anticancer properties and inhibits angiogenesis (growth of blood vessels to cancerous tumors).

Beetroot (Beta vulgaris cicla) increases the respiratory rate of cancer cells by up to 350%. Increased respiration leads to reduced malignancy and short-term cancer cells. Beetroot contains antioxidant antioxidants in pigments. It may be included in the diet or taken as a herbal remedy in certain doses of dried powdered roots. Scientific research shows bits that prevent lung, liver and skin cancer. Breetroot has been shown to induce Level II detoxification in the liver.

Chapparal (Larrea tridentata) promotes DNA mutation. The active principle of nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA), a polyphenolic compound, is very useful in preventing the promotion of skin cancer. It inhibits enzymes and other signaling pathways involved in inducing genetic changes (DNA transcription) in skin cells.

Apricot kernel extract (amygdalin) - contains toxic organic cyanide that destroys cancer cells. Enzymes found in normal body cells will damage the cyanide leaving the cells non-cancerous. This protective enzyme is not found in cancer cells.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) - provides liver support to remove toxins and metabolic waste. Turmeric inhibits angiogenesis (growth of blood vessels that feed cancer cells) and reduces inflammation that can lead to tissue inflammation and cell transformation.

Cat Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) - Immunostimulant and anti-tumor for various cancers.

Violet (Viola odorata) Antineoplastic leaf for breast cancer and used for any breast lump. Very useful for the treatment of skin cancer too.

In combination with dietary changes and lifestyle, herbal treatment may start by helping the body remove herbs with herbs. At the same time, it will focus on nutrition and support nutritional herbs and digestive tonics to promote healthy tissue, immune function and cancer prevention.

Nutrient herbs: Oats (Avena sativa), squid (Urtica dioica), red clover (Trifolium pratense), chickweed (Stellaria media), Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), Barley Grass (Hordeum vulgare), wheat grass (Triticum sp) or Macrocystis pyrifera) provide minerals and vitamins are bioavailable. They can be taken along with carefully selected supplements because cancer can be seen as a 'deficiency disease'. The body may need sufficient substances to rebuild healthy cells or to support the immune system capable of recognizing and destroying cancer cells. Some supplements will be needed to supply nutrients such as selenium, iodine and many other minerals deficient in soil worldwide.

Anti-scorbutic herbs (for vitamin C): Rose hips, chicks, oranges, parsley, dandelions, yellow ducks, raspberry leaves and purple. These herbs provide vitamin C or aid in its absorption. Contact with vitamin C can help the absorption of other nutrients including iron; help the immune system; assist in the removal of toxic metals and toxins; is an antioxidant, protecting cells from free radical damage; aids in the formation of body and blood cells; assist in the healing of damaged tissues, bones and wounds; inhibits metastasis and inhibits tumor growth. In addition, therapeutic doses of vitamin C supplements are advised.

DIGESTIVE TONICS and BATTER DIGESTIVE STIMULANTS aids digestion and promotes absorption and assimilation of nutrients.

Digestive tonic: Aloe vera juice, elm bark (Ulmus rubra), comfrey (Symphytum officinale), marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra). This soothing, healing demulcent herb is very useful in any gastrointestinal tract cancer.

Bitter digestive stimulation also tonic to the digestive tract by stimulating the digestive secretion of the stomach, liver and gall bladder: Milky thistle (Silybum marianum), artichoke world (Cynara scolymus), schisandra (Schisandra chinensis), dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), Andrographis (Andrographis) (Andrographis) hybrid (Humulus lupulus), bupleurum (Bupleurum falcatum), gentian (Gentiana lutea), barberry (Berberis vulgaris), wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), yellow dock (Rumex crispus)), peppermint (Mentha piperita), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), wood concrete (Stachys betonica), larger celandine (Chelidonium majus). These herbs greatly aid in digestion, allowing for better absorption of nutrients by the body.

Stimulates blood circulation assists in the absorption and assimilation of nutrients and other beneficial substances. They also aid in the elimination process by increasing blood flow from tissues to the removal organs: Ash prickly (Zanthoxylum americanum), ginger (Zingiber officinale), chili (Capsicum annuum), turmeric (Curcuma longa), ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ), yarrow (Achillea millefolium).

Herbal alteratives specifically aids the channels and organs of removal. They are important to help the body eliminate harmful or useless substances and allow other energy to be spent on supportive processes that enhance life - red clover (Trifolium pratense), burdock (Arctium lappa), grasshopper (Phytolacca Americana), Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) , coconut (Gallium aparine), garlic (Allium sativum), yellow duck (Rumex cripus), purple (Viola odorata), gotu kola (Centella asiatica), nettle (Urtica dioica), figwort (Scrophularia nodosa) Smilax spp.)

Herbs for the liver promote the removal of toxins in the treatment of radiation and especially in chemotherapy, especially schisandra, Schisandra chinensis and milk thistle, Silybum marianum. They protect the heart. Other herbs to help with liver and cancer are Bupleurum falcatum, Andrographis paniculata and Astragalus.

Antioxidants herbs reduce the damage caused by free radicals that can cause tissue damage and cancer. (Antioxidants are anti-mutagenic). Interestingly, most herbs have antioxidant properties. Here are just a few: turmeric (Curcuma longa), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), self-healing (Prunella vulgaris), thyme (Thymus vulgaris), wise (Salvia officinalis), ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba), chili (Capsicum annuum) Hawthorn (Crataegus) monogyna), milk thistle (Silybum marianum), person, ginger and parsley.

Allium sativum and Allium cepa contain selenium and sulfur compounds that stimulate enzymes that prevent the conversion of free radicals to carcinogens. They must be grown in soil containing selenium.

Other cancers that prevent the ingredient in herbal medicine:

- Carotenoids found in barley grass, spirulina, kelp, seaweed, (most plants, but high in yellow / orange vegetables such as pumpkin and carrots).

-Dithiolthiones, diindoles and glucosinolates found in the Brassica family, or vegetable cabbage. That's cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels cabbage and kale.

- Phyto-estrogens:

1. Phytosterols and steroid saponins found in wild tubers (Dioscorea villosa), Panax ginseng, black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), fake unicorn root (ChamHelonias, Tribulus terrestris, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

2. Lignans that reduce hormone-sensitive cancers, which are found in flaxseed, seaweed.

3.Polyphenols - isoflavonoids and flavones in soy, red clover (Trifolium pratense) green beans, peas and peas.

The three categories above are plant estrogen that acts weakly at the cell receptor site, preventing excessive action of natural estrogen and the more aggressive environment.

- Polysaccharide - Mushrooms - Shitake, Reishi; Astragalus, Siberian ginseng, Korean ginseng, Echinacea and Aloe vera. Polysaccharides are complex sugars that enhance the immune response to tumor cells.

Immunostimulant - The immune system needs support to fight cancer growth and to maintain a strong body if one undergoes surgery, chemotherapy or radiation in the treatment of cancer. Tumor cells can produce cytokines that suppress the immune system.

In addition to the herbs containing polysaccharides above, use Andrographis paniculata, Picrorrhiza kurroa, Phytolacca americana, Allium sativa (garlic), Echinacea, olive leaves, Shitake mushrooms and Reishi.

Alkali- Modern nutrition and lifestyle tends to fuel the system. Meat that is easy to obtain and refined cereals, plus a stressful lifestyle to help balance the body's pH imbalance. With increased acidity there is an increase in inflammation that can lead to tissue damage and possible cancer progression. Some of the alkali herbs are Aloe vera juice, wheat grass, barley grass, alfalfa (Medicago sativa), cleavers (Gallium aparine), nettle (Urtica dioica).

Antiparasitic - Parasites release toxins that make up the carcinogenic process. Antiparasitic herbs are black walnut (Juglans nigra), cloves (Sysygium aromaticum), wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), chillies (Capsicum annuum) and goldenseal (Hydrastis Canadensis).

OTHER SUPPORT

Cancer is both emotional and physical stress on the body. The nervous system can be supported with cervix and adjustments to help the person overcome it.

Tonic nervina - Stroys betonica, female and oatstraw (Avena sativa), vervain (Verbena officinalis), skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Withania somnifera, Lavender (Lavandula) damiana (Turnera diffusa), passionflower (Passiflora incarnation) kola (Centella asiatica), Ginkgo biloba, Brahmi (Bacopa monniera).

Adaptogenic - These herbs work at the cell level. They increase the capacity of cells to produce and fuel cell cells more efficiently. They assist in the assimilation, circulation and integration of herbs and other beneficial substances. This helps normalize the various functions of the body and stimulates the recovery process. Cumulative stress and the body's inability to perform its main function efficiently have been linked to most diseases. Adaptive herbs help the body adapt to stress. Schisandra chinensis, Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng), Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Astragalus, Withania, Rehmannia and Maca (Lepidium peruvianum). Bacopa and Andrographis may also be adaptogenic.

In particular herbs that minimize the effects of radiation and harmful chemotherapy are ginseng (Panax, Eleutherococcus, Lepidium) which is also adaptogenic and immune stimulant. Together with the organic diet, this herb reduces the adverse side effects of the treatment of alopathy. Lepidium peruvianum or meyenii of the Brassica family contains glucosinolates found in other plant family members such as broccoli and cabbage. Glucosinolates help clear toxins, protect DNA and inhibit tumor formation.

Cloves and seaweeds also protect against radiation and provide high bioavailability of minerals, especially iodine. Withania helps in chemotherapy.

I have met people who have decided to take chemotherapy along with anticancer diet and herbal regimen. They do not lose their hair or energy and have no nausea. The doctor told them, "you should be sick and bald now!"

Nausea: Other herbs to help with digestion and reduce nausea may be needed especially when specialist treatment causes loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. The herbs form the family of Apiaceae shown - angelica (Angelica archangelica), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Dill (Anethum graveolens) and aniseed (Pimpinella anisum). Also very effective are peppermint, ginger and chamomile.

Healthy management

1. Blood circulation stimulation can be used for cancer-related pain where the blocked blood vessels cause circulation and ischemia.

2. Tonic nerve - when the tumor is pressing pressure on the nerve. This is the cause of most severe cancer pain.

3. Anti-inflammatory herbs can be used in any situation where inflammation is a contributing factor to pain including cancer.

Reducing inflammation is also important in maintaining health and reducing the risk and / or growth of cancer. Increased pro-inflammatory markers are associated with the growth and survival of malignant cells. Controlling inflammatory mediators such as Cox 2 and leukotrients can help reduce the spread of cancer. Turmeric and Bupleurum will contribute well here. Turmeric is one of the best anti-inflammatory agents. It reduces mast cell release for histamine.

Anticoagulant herbs are legal in the treatment of cancer herbs due to abnormal blood clotting associated with cancer: Ginkgo, turmeric, garlic and quercetin, omega 3 essential fatty acids and vitamin E.

Proliferant cells, but in healthy, uncontrolled and progressive ways like cancer ... Aloe vera, comfrEy (Symphytum officinale) and gotu kola (Centella asiatica) stimulate healthy formation and growth of normal body cells.

Damage (healing) - required after surgery. Herbs are also used to reduce scarring after removal of skin cancerous herbs such as melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cells. Again, Aloe gel, comfrey and gotu kola have been very successful in producing new tissue growth and reducing the scars raised.

Herbs that inhibit angiogenesis (blood vessel formation) - because the development of blood supply is important for the survival and growth of the tumor:

curcuminoids in turmeric catechin in Green Tea (cartilage and shark cartilage, although not herbal treatment, also prevent angiogenesis)

Therefore, there are a large number of herbs that can be used in the treatment of cancer. Commonsense can tell us to nourish the body with essential nutrients. It tells us to cultivate the spirit and emotions and to use herbs that have been proven for thousands of years, or through modern science, to provide healing and fight cancer.

You can support your body for natural solutions to fight skin cancer and other cancers with great natural chemicals found in plants. They act on and in your body tissues, providing a great tool for the healing your body needs.
