Acne and Reasons For Its Cause

Acne is a common skin disease of all ages. Records show that 85% to 90% of people under the age group of 15 to 30 affect acne. All three types of acne bring different amounts of skin to the skin, mild acne up to 10, medium to 11, and severe acne to more than 25 wounds as a result. Acne is harmless and easy to treat. The duration of the disease is one year and leaving scars as a side effect on the skin. Causes of acne are caused by sebum glands associated with hair follicles. This sebaceous gland releases a type of oil called sebum and it runs through the hair follicles. When bacteria add to this sebum, it creates inflammation in the acne area affected by sebum. Initially acne is made through hard sebum that is secreted to the skin along with the sebaceous gland.

There are acne vulgaris that can lead to deadly skin problems. This can sometimes be seen in newborns and is called infantilis acne. Acne produced in the middle man is referred to as acne rosacea. This acne will occur just like black and white. The disease is not contagious and easy to treat. This will take about a year for the individual to leave a scar. Hormone imbalance is a major cause of this disease and nutritional and environmental problems can also be linked to some degree.

Scientifically, the cause of acne is due to hormone imbalance, but some people seriously consider dietary habits as a cause. 75% of people consider diet as the main cause of this problem. One recent study shows that milk is the leading cause of acne. In fact, this study proves that correlation is not the only cause. It is said that milk contains several forms of bioactive molecules along with hormones, such as androgen, progesterone and insulin. This content is one of the main ways for acne on the skin. This scaffold studies well that milk can also cause acne.

Environmental pollutants will also cause acne on the skin. Chloracne is one of the acne variants and it can be seen in some environmental pollutants. Acne produced by the environment is mild and severe acne. Various chemicals in environmental pollution will also lead to this acne. It happens in Japan like acne like eruption. Similar experiences were also experienced in Taiwan.

Treatment for acne is simple and easy. Light and moderate acne can be treated through successful tropical and antibiotic treatment. However, severe acne requires dermatological and prescription help. Severe acne scars will leave scars on the skin. This scar can only be removed by laser. This laser also cannot eliminate 100% scarring. Acne is still considered a common disease and all myths must be ignored. Dermatologists are the right person to assess your acne status and treatment.
